Our first event of the year is a Saturday night potluck for parents of children of any age. There will be a meet and greet with program coordinator’s for PYM’s children\, middle school\, and high school programs as well as general Secretary Christie Duncan-Tessmer. The Peace Fair is a perfect opportunity to do that. Held right here in the middle of Bucks Quarter at Buckingham Meeting. We are always in need of volunteers who are interested in supporting the care\, spiritual development\, work and play of the Yearly Meeting’s children and teens. Friendly Adult Presences may be parents supporting their children and programs\, high school or college students who enjoy being with younger people and wish to gain experience\, adults who enjoy the mutual gain of being in the presence of young people. \nSafety is a top concern for Philadelphia Yearly meeting.
