Come experience a free AVP workshop
Sunday, January 20, 2:00 to 6:00 pm
at the Mary Taylor House
326 N. Walnut Street, West Chester
(Enter Community Room through the door to the right of the main entrance)
The AVP project was started in 1975 in a prison in upstate New York and has grown to be in 40 countries with around 2,000 facilitators in the U.S.A.
“conflict is part of daily life…but violence doesn’t have to be”
Self-esteem is developed by expressing ourselves and listening to others, in a safe environment supported by trained facilitators.
Friends who would like to speak informally with an AVP facilitator (& don’t know one already! ) may direct questions to Gail Newbold, at 610-869-3455 or gailnewbold@verizon.net
By attending you will experience first-hand this program’s value for the larger community.
Please RSVP to Anne Moore, 610-738-0851 or to annehtmoore@gmail.com putting AVP in the subject line.
There is a limit of 25. We hope to hear from you by January 13th
