Dear Friend,
The 2014 William Penn Lecture is this Saturday! The Young Adult Friends Working Group invites everyone to come together for fellowship and to strengthen our capacity for effective work in the Religious Society of Friends. This year’s speaker will be Christina Repoley, Executive Director of the Quaker Voluntary Service. She will speak on the topic of Prophetic Service as Formation and Transformation.

Event Details:

  • Saturday, March 29, 7:00, followed by Q&A and refreshments (doors open at 6:30)
  • Childcare provided
  • Young Adult Friends will gather for fellowship and discussion after the event
  • Location: Arch Street Meeting House, 4th & Arch Streets Philadelphia, PA

This year, the William Penn Lecture is preceded by an event of the Young Adult Friends Mentorship Project: Friends Sharing Their Individual Gifts.  Friends of all ages are welcome and encouraged to participate. This will be held at Arch Street Meetinghouse from 4-5:30 and childcare is available.
