We had him replace 2 windows that and rotten wood on the back of our ed wing and put an aluminum lip under the roof so water ran into the gutter, not behind it. He charged $2003. We had Rick Wise do the aluminum seamless gutter and 2 downspouts for $945. This work totaled $2948 and we were very happy with it. We wanted Simonton windows, which have much better reviews than the others Callahans and Chapman wanted to install.
We had 3 other bids from Ed Callahans Remodelling $5635 with inferior windows, Chapman Windows $3556 with inferior windows, Dave Dobbins Dream Finishers $4326 with Simonton windows.
We used Benuel again last year to do carpentry inside. He repaired a ceiling that was cracking and falling in the ed wing and covered a beam up in the meeting room where the ceiling was cracking. He trimmed it out so it looks like a finished beam that was always there.
