Note from Birmingham Meeting:
We used him once and he seemed very intelligent. He teaches electricians at the community college and when he had a question about something, he would call a colleague. He looked at one of the halogen lights that keeps burning out and said it should be replaced.
We need someone to go through our electrical system and make upgrades, since we have many problems. We would use Jeroen, unless someone else is highly recommended.
