2014 First Day School Thread Gathering

Thread Gatherings offer wisdom and experience sharing, workshops and community around a thread of concern that runs through our meetings. The First Day School Thread Gathering offers an opportunity for grounding and skills development for Friends who nurture the spiritual journeys of children.
PLUS – A Children’s Thread Program!
(More than just Childcare- this is a Children’s Thread Program)
The Children’s Thread weaves together a community of kids across monthly meetings. K-5th graders will have their own gathering for joy, friendship, and developing a deep relationship with Quakerism. For the First Day School Gathering, we’ll explore ways we learn together, pose some of our very biggest questions, with time for play and togetherness.
Children in grades K-5th grade are welcome. Join us!
