Description: This session will explore FCNL’s advocacy to reform the justice system, including policing and mass incarceration. FCNL justice reform lobbyists will present the successes to date, the obstacles to further progress, and recommendations for the future – including what participants can do now to build pressure for meaningful justice reform. Workshop leaders will also share how local Friends can be particularly impactful and faithful in advocating for justice reform issues with members of Congress and offer a discussion/Q&A portion with Friends after their presentation concludes.
