Help Revitalize our Quarterly Meetings!

The below email message went out to Friends who pre-registered. The message contains important information about directions, carpooling, and preparation for the gathering. Although registration closed on Monday, June 2, Friends are welcome to attend the gathering whether or not they registered! This is why we are making the message available on this website.
Hello Friends!
The June 7, 2014 Gathering on Revitalizing our Quarterly Meetings will be held this Saturday at Reading Meeting, 108 N. 6th Street, Reading, PA. Doors open for refreshments and sign in at 10:00 AM, worship begins at 10:30 AM, and our time will end at around 3:30 PM. Below, you will find a flyer with the full schedule. All you need is to bring your own brown bag lunch. We’ll have some basic, supplemental food like hummus, salad, coffee & bagels, and Hollister’s African Peanut Soup!

Firstly, click here for a sheet of directions. The directions are important because, without them, it is very easy to miss the entrance to the parking lot.
Secondly, email Zachary Dutton at Coordinator@WesternQuarterQuakers.org for a carpool list of folks who said they are driving or need a ride to the gathering.
Lastly, click here for a compilation of all the responses you gave on your registration to the following questions: 1) Do you come with any particular concerns or questions about your Quarterly Meeting or about Quarterly Meetings generally? 2) What might you hope to get out of this gathering of Friends?
