8:15 AM to 3:00 PM (with a rain date of May 3, 2015)
At WESTTOWN SCHOOL under the supervision of Christine Costa
| Open to any child whose parent or parents attend or are members of any monthly meeting in Concord Quarterly Meeting or Western Quarterly Meeting or is actively involved in Westtown School’s Quaker Leadership Program (“QLP”) and who is at least in the 3rd grade. |
Schedule:8:15 to 8:45 a.m. – Drop off of children (snack to be provided)
9:00-11:30 – Ropes Course |

For children to participate, these two release forms must be completed & returned to the Western Quarter office OR to the address below.
Cost & Registration: $10 for first child and $5 for each child thereafter
Register at http://concordquarter.org/youthropescourse/
Releases: CQM/WQM release and medical treatment consent form and Westtown School’s release
and medical treatment consent form need to be signed by parent or guardian.
Make checks out to Concord Quarterly Meeting. Checks and both release forms must be sent to Charles B.
