Outdoor Youth Event Ropes Course & Canoeing
Sunday, April 23, 2017 8:15 AM to 3:00 PM (no rain date)
At WESTTOWN SCHOOL
under the supervision of Christine Costa Henwood Outdoor Education Coordinator for Westtown School

8:15 to 8:45 a.m. – Drop off of children (snack to be provided)
9:00-11:30 – Ropes Course/Canoeing
11:30 a.m. -12:30 p.m. – Lunch to be provided – pickup and drop off of children
12:30-3:00 p.m. – Ropes Course/Canoeing

Cost & Registration: $10 for first child and $5 for each child thereafter

Releases: 1-CQM/WQM release and medical treatment consent form and 2-Westtown School’s two release and medical treatment consent forms need to be signed by parent or guardian. Make checks out to Western Quarterly Meeting. Checks and all three release forms must be sent to Charles B. Westtown School is located at 975 Westtown Road, West Chester, PA 19382 Open to any child whose parent or parents attend or are members of any monthly meeting in Concord Quarterly Meeting or Western Quarterly Meeting or is actively involved in Westtown School’s Quaker Leadership Program (“QLP”) and who is at least in the 1st grade. note: to canoe children must be able to swim)
