Presenters RACHEL GRIER–REYNOLDS and RICK GRIER–REYNOLDS are state-wide coordinators for the Alternatives to Violence Project (AVP), a program which operates in all Delaware state prisons to help strengthen inmates’ ability to resolve problems nonviolently. Rick, now retired from Wilmington Friends School, was a teacher and school administrator for 38 years. Rachel is a licensed clinical social worker.
