They seem okay. There was an issue with the heating system. Someone blocked off intakes, which caused overheating. They came out right away and fixed that. We needed other repairs this year and bought a one year service agreement for $215. This will include our repairs, a cleaning in the fall, and most repairs for one year. They sell us biofuel, which is probably less harmful than fossil fuel. We hope to replace this with a super efficient heat pump in the next few years.
