Fellowship Evening at Hockessin Meeting with Belly Dancing!

Put your camel to bed, then come to the Fellowship Evening at Hockessin meetinghouse on Saturday, 8/16. Dinner will be served at 6 PM. A performance by the Tapestry Tribal Belly-Dance Troupe, which includes Hockessin MM’s own Lynn Moyer and Tara Kee, will be presented at 7 PM.
The troupe’s unchoreographed style blends traditional tribal Middle Eastern dance with influences from around the globe, including Indian, African, and modern dance elements. The dancing is accompanied by live music featuring exotic rythyms and melodies. Oh, and did we mention swords?
The event is FREE, but RSVPs are required. Please respond to Ann Cleary (clearyak@verizon.net, or 302-239-0777) no later than August 9.
